Yes the ceremony will be held outside so please dress accordingly to your comfort while still being within the dress code. The barn venue itself is open on 3 sides as well. There will be 3 AC units providing AC throughout the night as well as fans if needed.

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. This means we are asking that all phones and cameras are put away and turned to silent/off during the ceremony. We have hired a professional photographer to capture some of the most important moments of our lives and we'd hate to have a persons phone or camera blocking that moment for our photographer to capture. After the ceremony and exit please feel free to take as many photos as you want and share them with us!

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate the guests that are included are your invitation. If you received a plus one, it will be listed on your invite by name and appear with your group when you RSVP by name.

If we do not receive an RSVP back from you by our April 25th, you will be marked "not attending". The reason being that we must provide accurate guest counts to all of our vendors within a timely manner.

Due to limited numbers, unless your children are listed on the invite or appear under your group name when you RSVP we ask that you respect our wishes.

The ceremony will begin at 4:30pm, so please arrive around 4pm. Please give yourself enough time to arrive, walk to the ceremony, use the bathroom (if needed), find a seat, and socialize with friends. Please make sure you are in your seat before the ceremony starts.

There is parking available at the venue. There is a parking located in front of the venue and you can walk to the venue ceremony site. For our guests who need assistance to the ceremony site there will be a golf cart to drive you over to the site

We kindly as that you dress semi-formal. Dress pants and button up shirts for men and modest dresses for women.

After the ceremony the bridal parties and families will be taking photos around the venue. During this time guests can enjoy cocktail hour inside the reception hall with drinks and appetizers. There will also be some games available to guests during this time.

Yes, there will be an open bar at the wedding with select liquor, beer, and seltzers.

We kindly ask that you avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride - whites, ivories, and creams.
