We would advise to arrive from 1pm. Please arrive no later than 1:15pm as the ceremony will begin promptly at 2:00pm.

We are having an "unplugged ceremony" so we ask that no phones be present during that time. We have hired an amazing photographer and videographer who have committed to getting the best shots of us so we would appreciate no well-intended personal devices getting in the way. After the ceremony please take as may pics as you'd like! The only ask is that you share them with us so we can enjoy them too!

The use of biodegradable confetti is permitted and we will be providing this on the day.

There will be canapes passed around during our drinks reception and dinner will include a starter, main and dessert. Evening food will also be provided as well as cake of course!

Yes, Eaves Hall have a large free car park on site.

We are asking our guests to dress up with us! Formal wear for the gents may be your best traditional suit. For the ladies this could be a dress, trouser suit or jumpsuit- whatever you feel amazing in! Please don't turn up in your jeans, trainers or crocs! We also ask our guests to avoid wearing white, cream, ivory or champagne colours reserved for the bridal party.

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional guests, we can only accommodate those formally invited. Your invitation will be addressed to those invited.

We love your little ones! However we have decided to keep our wedding as adults only.

To help us with our planning, we ask that you kindly RSVP by 1st February 2024. We do need to provide the venue with a total guest count in a timely manner, we hope you can understand!
