The dress code for our wedding is cocktail attire. Think cocktail dresses, a snazzy jumpsuit, or a suit and tie or sports coat.
Are kids allowed?
Yes! Up to you whether you bring the kids or not, but they are more than welcome to attend. We will also have a separate childcare space for use throughout the ceremony and reception.
What's for dinner?
We'll be having a buffet-style dinner from Donatelli's. There will be a couple pasta dishes, salad, and roasted vegetables. Vegan options are limited.
Is the wedding inside?
Yes, the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception are all inside, so no need to plan for the weather except to and from vehicles.
Will there be parking?
Yes, the venue has a large parking lot that can be used. Cars can be parked overnight but should be picked up by 10 am the next day.
What happens after the ceremony?
After the ceremony, the wedding party will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests can head straight to the reception area, where we'll be serving finger foods and beverages during a cocktail hour.
Am I invited to the rehearsal dinner?
Only the wedding party and immediate family are attending the rehearsal dinner on Thursday, July 25, but if you want to come hang out, all guests are invited to join us for Welcome Drinks at Surly at 7:30 p.m. or later.
Should I bring money for drinks?
Only cash for a tip! We'll be hosting an open bar for the whole night.
When are RSVPs due?
June 21, 2024.
When should I get to the ceremony?
We'd like to start right at 4:30, so guests should arrive at the venue by 4:15. There will also be shuttles from the Delta Hotel at 3:30pm and 4pm to get people to the venue. Lyft vouchers are provided by the Courtyard Hotel for those staying there. After the ceremony, the shuttle will be bringing people back to both hotels at 9PM, 10PM, and 11PM
