It’s almost time and we’re so excited to celebrate with you! Here is some important information to note for the big day. Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be held at a beautiful Victorian home in the heart of Fountain Square that has been newly renovated by none other than the infamous Two Chicks & a Hammer. This event will be filmed for television so be sure to be camera-ready! Upon arrival you will be asked to sign a waiver for filming. This is non-negotiable in order to attend. There is no street parking available as this is a residential street, but the Goodwill on the corner is allowing guests to park there. This is 2 and a half blocks away from the venue and we know it will be cold and perhaps icy so we will have a shuttle available starting at 3:30 to take guests from the lot to the venue. The shuttle may or may not be available after the ceremony. Because of this and a change of venue for the reception, we also suggest ubering. There will be welcome champagne before the ceremony followed by a cocktail hour full of mingling, charcuterie and drinks in the main house as well as the speakeasy in the basement. After the cocktail hour, arrive at Tinker House Events off of 16th & the Monon by 6pm for the reception. We will be enjoying food from some of our favorite local chefs, live music and obviously plenty of drinks. Parking lot available. *COVID PROCEDURES* Well, we thought we were out of the woods on this one until a few weeks ago when the Omicron variant starting spreading like wildfire. With that being said, we are happy to say that our wedding attendance will be exceptionally vaccinated! We are encouraging masks to be worn by anyone who is immunocompromised or simply feels more comfortable wearing one. Also, our reception venue is very open and we are nowhere near capacity so it should be fairly easy to social distance if you so choose. IF YOU ARE EXPERIENCING ANY SYMPTOMS AT ALL PLEASE STAY HOME. We are not trying to host a super spreader event and we would feel horrible if any of our loved ones fell seriously ill due to attending our celebration. If you cannot make it please let us know so we can make other arrangements if necessary. We are so #blessed to have so many amazing people in our lives who are willing to celebrate with us in these crazy times and we seriously cannot wait to see you all on Sunday.
