We met and began dating in 2010 (summer before High School). We attended our first Homecoming together and were even nominated for Homecoming court LOL!

We had so much fun and created so many memories together our first year of Highschool together.

We took a short (4 year) break but got back together the summer before our Sophomore year of college (AJ at The University of Virginia and Mel at The University of Kentucky). Summer Lovin'!

We experienced tons of adventure together during our college years.

...And we kept the adventure going after college!

We then took the adventure out to San Diego, California for 3 years

And then to Nashville, Tennessee for 2 years!

We got engaged on February 3rd, 2023 in our favorite magical winter town, Steamboat Springs, Colorado surrounded by BOTH of our families (Aikin's/Haas's were a big surprise for Mel) and the Mudd Family.

We are looking forward to this next adventure together - excited for more fun, more memories and MORE LOVE!
