Shuttle Schedule:
Holiday Inn Express: leaves at 3:15pm
Jefferson Landing Clubhouse: leaves at 3:15pm and 4pm

Shuttles will pick up/drop off at the Holiday Inn Express and the Jefferson Landing Club. If you are staying in a different hotel or airbnb or VRBO, you will need to head to one of the above locations. Guests are unable to drive directly to the wedding venue on the day of the wedding. The shuttle is the only way to get there. This is because the road cannot support two way traffic safely.
For those staying on site at the venue:
Because the house is on a mountain, there is limited parking.
If you are able to carpool, it is greatly encouraged and appreciated!
On the day of the ceremony/reception, the only way to get to the venue will be via shuttle. This is because the road up cannot support two way traffic - when you see it you'll understand why. It is very steep and curvy, but very beautiful!
Holiday Inn Express West Jefferson an IHG Hotel
This hotel is 20 minutes south of the wedding/rehearsal venue.
Per the hotel management: guests must click on the link AND put in the date of the block for the negotiated rate to show up. If they choose a date outside of the room block - for example if they want to come in a day early or check out one day later, your rate will not show up and the guests will have to call the hotel to make their reservation.
