The best way to get to the Beauport Hotel is by car. Gloucester is accessible from 95 North to 128 North. At the rotary, take the 1st exit onto Washington Street. Stay on Washington Street for about a mile and take a left on Angle Street, then a right on Commercial Street. The Beauport Hotel is at 55 Commercial Street.

There is a room block set up at the Beauport Hotel for Sunday night May 17. Rooms are available to book for Saturday night separate from the room block. There is another room block available at the Ocean House Hotel at Bass Rocks for Saturday check in and Monday check out. There are many additional hotels in the area with availability as well. See the Travel section for more hotel options.

There will not be a shuttle from hotels. Beauport has a parking lot and valet parking.

Our dress code is formal. We ask that men wear a suit and tie, and women wear cocktail or longer dresses.

If you miss the deadline to reserve a room in our block, reach out to the hotel and mention our wedding anyway. They may be able to accommodate you with our discount in a room outside our block. If not, you can find additional nearby accommodations on our travel page.

Yes, the ceremony will be outside weather permitting. Since New England springs are unpredictable, we recommend a light wrap.

We'd like to keep our guest list to those who know us well. Plus ones will be clearly indicated on your invitation.

We love your children, but due to space restrictions, we cannot accommodate guests under age 21 on our wedding day.

The ceremony will begin at 4:30pm. We recommend arriving at the venue at least 30 minutes ahead of the ceremony start time to ensure you have enough time to find a seat.

Our wedding reception will end at 10:00pm. There will be an after party at the hotel restaurant, 1606 Restaurant & Oyster Bar.

If you plan to arrive in Gloucester a day early, we would love for you to join us on Saturday May, 16 at 6:00pm at Minglewood Harborside. We will be hosting a welcome party to kick off the celebrations. Please RSVP upon receiving invitation.

There will be an open bar for guests to enjoy throughout cocktail hour and the reception. We encourage guests to bring cash to tip bartenders. We also recommend bringing cash or a credit card along if you plan to attend the after party, as drinks after the reception will not be covered.

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to our home at 10 Shea Circle, Burlington, MA 01803. A wedding card box will be at our reception.
