Wedding day details for guests

Children Policy

Due to limited seating and strict venue requirements:

We kindly request no children at the ceremony or attending the reception unless previous arrangements have been made with the wedding party. We understand this may pose a problem for arrangements in attending our special day, which is why we are giving advanced notice.

Ceremony & Reception

Seating will start at 3:15 pm to allow the wedding party and their families to finish pictures before the ceremony and check last minute venue decorations.

The Ceremony will start at 3:45 pm. We ask that all guests be seated no later than 3:40 pm or they may be unable to get to their seats. (The ceremony is to be held outside. The walkway leading to the gazebo and seating area is also the walkway for the wedding party).

After the ceremony we ask that you make your way to the front of the Hotel to "see off" the newlyweds. :)

After the "send off", guests are welcome to check in if they haven't done so, mill around the hotel, enjoy the photo booth, sign the guest book, and enjoy the cash bar. (The cash bar will be open following the ceremony and end at midnight)

The Reception dinner will start around 5:45 pm with seating to start at 5:30 pm. There will be a seating chart to assist each guest in finding their seats. We want to make sure everyone gets to know everyone! The reception includes a sit down dinner and of course "CAKE".

A few key tables will need to be removed to allow for dancing- these guests will join other tables and chairs will also be moved to along the wall. The outside patio area will also be available for seating after dinner. Thank you in advance for your understanding 😊

Celebration after dinner- the Reception

Although we would love for all of our family and friends to attend our special day, we apologize that not everyone received an invitation. (Due to limited seating) After 715 pm we invite those who were not able to attend the ceremony and sit down dinner to join in the 'celebration' that starts after dinner.
