Melanie and Ricky first met in grammar school at St. Catherine of Siena, where their earliest memories together were formed in the classrooms and playgrounds of their childhood. As kids, they shared a friendship that lasted through their elementary years, until life took them to different schools and, eventually, different paths. Years later, during the quiet, reflective days of the COVID era, their paths briefly crossed once again. But it wasn’t until Christmas of 2023 that the spark truly re-ignited. A simple bump into each other at a local bar during the holiday season lead to their reconnecting. What began as a rekindled friendship soon blossomed into something deeper. It didn’t take long for Melanie and Ricky to realize that the chemistry between them wasn’t just nostalgia, it was the real thing. Now, surrounded by the love of family and friends, they’re writing the next chapter of their story, one that began in a grammar school hallway and has led them here, to forever.
