Who would have thought the world shutting down was when we'd find our greatest love stories?


In March of 2020 I called one of my best friends for advice. Chris had invited me to a trivia night and I wasn't sure if he was just trying to get a Lakeside crew together, or trick me into going out to dinner with him. Turns out it was a little bit of both. Looking back now, I could not be more glad I accepted the invite!


Even if the first few weeks of our relationship were over Facebook video calls, they were still full of so much fun and laughter. On April 5th, we couldn't wait any longer to spend real time together. After attempting the world's worst puzzle, Chris surprised me with homemade chicken parm and I was sold.


Toilet paper was scarce, but we haven't let any of the world's craziness slow us down since that day! Whether it's playing board games with our closest friends, kayaking with wild dolphins, or burying our toes in the majestic sand of Soul Joel's, we're in it together. Can't wait to make a lifetime of more memories with my favorite person.
