Our Wedding

RSVP due date

We ask that our guests RSVP by Monday, September 1st, 2025. Invitations with RSVP instructions will be sent via email several months before our wedding.

Additional guests

Each invitation will include the name of the guest and their plus one. If you would like any changes to be made, please reach out to us before the RSVP deadline.

Children

We have decided to have an adults-only wedding and appreciate our guests understanding and making child-care arrangements.

Attire

We ask that guests wear semi-formal or formal attire. This includes suits, dress pants, dress shirts, gowns, cocktail dresses, and dressy separates. The wedding ceremony will be held outside and the reception will be both indoors and outdoors. While we will have heaters outside, we encourage everyone to bring a jacket as October nights in our area can be chilly.

Parking and Transportation

We will have a shuttle to transport guests from the Holiday Inn and Comfort Inn to and from the venue. We will need an accurate headcount to coordinate shuttle timing so when you RSVP we will ask if you plan to use the shuttle and which hotel you will be staying in. There is ample, free parking available at the wedding venue for those who are driving themselves.

Wedding Details

We would love for you all to make song requests for the reception! To ensure we receive requests only from invited guests the event code is included on the RSVP and will also be emailed directly. If you lose the code, please reach out to either of us and we will send it to you.

Song Requests

Will there be an open bar?

Yes! We will have a variety of drinks available, including beer, wine, hard liquor, and non-alcoholic options.

Can guests take and post pictures/videos on social media?

During the ceremony, we ask that phones and cameras be put away. Please make sure phones are also put on silent. During the reception, feel free to take pictures or video and post them if you like!

Will guests get to make song requests?

Yes! You will receive a link to our DJ's guest music request portal in your invitation. If you lose this information, just reach out to us and we'll send it to you.

Q + A

Both King and Double Queen rooms available at this rate. If you wish to book for dates outside of 10/10 and 10/12, please call the hotel manager, Denise, directly and she will offer the same rate. Hotel Manager (Denise): 540-312-3080 All rooms MUST be booked&nbsp;before Friday, Oct 10, 2025. After this date, we will no longer have access to the group rate. 6 minutes (2.8 miles) from wedding venue.
