We encourage our guests to dress in formal attire. For men, that means a suit. For women, a full length gown, cocktail dress, or a nice pantsuit. The bridesmaids will be wearing a jewel toned deep blue.

Yes! The RSVP food options are just for us to give the venue an estimation of how much of each option they should have. Meal orders will be taken table side during the reception to accommodate your preferences. You are also able to order additional meals day of if desired.

For those staying at the Hampton Inn & Suites at Huntington Downtown, there will be a charter bus to take you back and forth as you please throughout the time of the wedding. There is ample parking at the venue, but for those who plan to drink, Uber and Lyft are also available at your convience.

To give all our guests the opportunity to celebrate without having to worry about little eyes and ears, we politely request our wedding day be an adult-only affair. We encourage our guests to use our special day as an excuse to take a night off (:

We plan to have the ceremony held outside (weather permitting) on the front lawn of the venue. The cocktail hour & reception will be indoors directly after the ceremony.
