We met each other during the height and uncertainty of the Pandemic. We swiped right on each other on Hinge and wasted no time getting to know one another. Being so close in "Proximity" from Seaford to Bellmore, we were able to spend time together in our own little bubble.After the best 4 years of my life, I knew it was time to propose to my soulmate. On June 22, 2024 I held a mini sip-and-paint in the kitchen. We surprised each other one at a time with our results. Mel painted a portrait of me, while I painted "Will You Marry Me?". Once she opened her eyes, I was down on one knee. I told her I wanted to spend the rest of my life with her, and I'll love her forever and always.We can't wait to celebrate our love with you all!

Hopelessly swiping on Hinge I came across a handsome boy who didn't just like a photo I posted and comment on physical looks, but liked the prompt that I put saying "In a relationship I value trust, honesty, compassion, loyalty and communication". Our first conversations were intentional and about the kind of person each of us was looking for in a partner for life. From that moment on, I knew this guy was different.Joe told me 10 days into knowing me that he loved me. And I told him I loved him right back. Every single day since I have fallen more in love with Joseph Tavolino. The easiest YES of my life.We cannot wait to get married and celebrate together!
