We recommend arriving 20–30 minutes before the ceremony to ensure you’re settled and ready when it begins. Guests are welcome to start arriving as early as 2:15 PM—there will be refreshments and lawn games to enjoy while you wait!

Yes, there will be transportation provided! Shuttle buses will run between the hotels (Best Western and Holiday Inn in Coxsackie, NY) and the venue. The exact shuttle times are still being finalized, and we’ll share those details closer to the date. Stay tuned!

Yes, there is parking available at the venue, but it is limited to approximately 25 cars. We highly recommend using the shuttle service to ensure a stress-free arrival and guarantee you’ll have a spot!
