A: While our wedding is a formal occasion, it is important to note that we will be outside and on grass for the majority of the day, weather permitting. Therefore, comfortable footwear is a must! We recommend slacks and a jacket for men, but a full coat and tie is not required. For women, a dress of any length, or similar formal wear, is ideal. Don’t forget a shawl or sweater, depending on the weather!

A: Yes! We encourage children of all ages to attend. After the ceremony, we will have yard games and plenty of space to play in the backyard. In the basement of the house, we will have pool, foosball and videogames for the young, and young at heart.

A: There is no parking allowed at the Troba House. Please park offsite at Calvary Church Lemont: 1375 State St, Lemont, IL 60439. This is about a 5 minute drive from the venue. We will have a shuttle bus running every 15 minutes from the parking lot to the venue, from 1:30pm to 2:45pm, before the ceremony, and then 7:30pm to 9:30pm, after the party. Arrive early and join us for happy hour before the ceremony, to ensure there is enough time to shuttle over all of the guests by 3:00pm
