Our Wedding

Kevin and Melina met online over 5&nbsp;years ago.&nbsp; They had their&nbsp;&nbsp;first date in downtown Carlsbad which lasted over&nbsp;3 hours.&nbsp;They had three dates in 4 days.&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;The next day Kevin asked Melina out for a lunch date in Pacific Beach on the water.&nbsp;&nbsp;Melina and Kevin knew on&nbsp;the first date they wanted to get to know each other more and it could turn into something special and they have been inseparable ever since.&nbsp;

Our Story

Kevin and Melina have had some amazing adventures together from picnics on the beach, feeding giraffes and rhinos,&nbsp;apple picking, exploring San Diego,&nbsp;&nbsp;Hawaii and&nbsp;Georgia.&nbsp;&nbsp;Melina has always wanted to visit Savannah and when they went back for Kevin's cousin's wedding Melina and Kevin drove down to Savannah for a 24 hour trip.&nbsp; They did tours of the city all day not missing anything.&nbsp;&nbsp;

Later that day Kevin asked Melina to take a walk in Reynold's Square across the street from their hotel before they went to dinner at The Old Pink House.&nbsp; They sat on a park bench watching people walk by.&nbsp; Kevin looked at Melina and Melina instantly started to cry happy tears.&nbsp; Kevin got down on one knee and asked her&nbsp;to marry him!&nbsp;&nbsp;









The next day they went back to visit their park bench and Melina asked if they could take the bench home with them.&nbsp; Savannah will always be their spot and a memorable trip.&nbsp;&nbsp;

Our Engagement

Where to Stay

For our out of town guests it is best to say in Encinitas or Carlsbad.&nbsp; &nbsp;Both offer hotels, great restaurants and they are very close to the beach.&nbsp; For our guests that do not want to stay in the beach towns San Marcos is more inland.&nbsp;&nbsp;These are the best locations as they will be a short drive to the wedding venue.&nbsp;

Details

Kevin has been friends with Shane for over 20 years.&nbsp; They love to go fishing together and&nbsp;watch UGA&nbsp;football.&nbsp; Kevin was the best man in Shane's wedding.&nbsp; Shane is excited to come back to Southern California to celebrate our wedding.&nbsp;&nbsp;

Mia and I&nbsp;met in elementary school, 5th grade at St. John's.&nbsp; We became friends right away.&nbsp; We went to different high schools but remained best friends.&nbsp; I went to the University of Arizona and Mia went to UC&nbsp;Irvine and without knowing it we both pledged the same sorority.&nbsp; We have known each other a long time and had some great adventures together as well as amazing stories to tell.&nbsp;&nbsp;

Maria Argoud Brown

Kristen is my sister and obviously she has known me the longest.&nbsp; Kristen has always been there for me and we are great friends!&nbsp; She has the biggest heart &nbsp;out of anyone I know.&nbsp;&nbsp;We enjoy having&nbsp;a&nbsp;sister dinner and movie night at my house.&nbsp; She also get an added bonus because she can play with Kevin's and I's two cats.&nbsp;

Todd is Kevin's older brother.&nbsp; They have been more than brothers throughout their lives.&nbsp; Todd and his family are excited to visit California for the&nbsp;first time.&nbsp;

Cale is Kevin's cousin but he has been more like a little brother than a cousin.&nbsp; Just newly married Cale and his wife Emma are excited to come out West to help us celebrate!

I&nbsp;have known Jenny for over 10 years.&nbsp; When we get together we pick up right where we left off.&nbsp; Jenny is one of the sweetest people I know.&nbsp; She has a beautiful family and she is an amazing Mom.&nbsp;&nbsp;
