Oof there's a lot to unpack here. Pearse and I both attended Oklahoma State University from 2017-2021. We were both in greek houses and had several mutual friends. We even somehow managed to live in the same apartment building one floor apart. You would think that at some point in those 4 years the stars would align, our paths would cross, and we would've started a relationship circa sometime 2020. Wrong. Our paths did cross... in the elevator when he smushed me into the corner with his I <3 KD button illuminated in my face. All in God's timing though right? ;)

SOFT LAUNCH- Fast forward two years and one match on Hinge later.... After texting, face-timing, and roadtripping from Tulsa, I "soft launched" our relationship with this photo on Snapchat. Really mysterious and intriguing huh??

OFFICIALLY OFFICIAL- Pearse asked me to be his girlfriend (aw) at Oklahoma Ranch on the dance floor. Lesson learned: for quality images take photos when arriving at the bar.

HOSTAGE- After a bad storm, Pearse's house lost power. He works from home and was forced to relocate to a new office... my apartment. I was off work for the summer, and spent the days annoying him while he was on calls. However, I did occasionally make him eggs and coffee.

NYC- While this isn't a photo of Pearse and I, it was an important moment in our relationship. I had been in NYC for a couple days without Pearse. I missed his voice, and wanted nothing more than to show him the view via FaceTime from atop the Empire State Building. He declined my call, and I was just a teeny tiny itty bitty bit upset. When he finally called me back, he told me he was on the phone with his mom trying to "figure something out". I was sad and my crazy brain convinced me he didn't miss me as much as I missed him... LOLZ he was scouting out the location where he was going to propose to me and couldn't answer a FaceTime call because of it. Oops :)

BEST DAY EVER- This was simply the best. Here's to forever.
