We recommend flying into Austin Bergstrom Airport (AUS).

The reception is taking place at our family ranch in Hye, TX!

It is open to interpretation - whatever you feel comfortable in! Melinda will be wearing a knee-length sundress with cowboy boots. Mark will be in blue jeans, a western style shirt, and cowboy boots. Hats and cowboy boots are optional!

We have a several options for you, but these are just a few of many choices you might find! Should you wish to stay in Austin, we have organized charter buses to transport the guests to/from the ranch. There will be two (2) charter buses available. The first will be departing from the Hilton - Downtown. The second will be departing from the Hotel Viata. While we do have buses stationed at these hotels, please feel free to venture out to different hotels if you wish! Should you be interested in experiencing the historic, rustic Texas Hill Country, we are recommending some accommodations both in Johnson City and Fredericksburg! These are the two "big" cities near the ranch, ranging from 10-30 minutes away. If you would like to go this route, we ask that you find your own way to the reception. We have charter buses organized to transport our guests staying in Austin to/from the ranch! We will have one bus departing from The Hilton - Downtown and another one at the Hotel Viata. They will both depart their respective locations at 5:15PM. The ranch is approximately a 1 hour & 15 minutes drive. If you choose to stay at a different hotel in Austin, you are more than welcome to find your way to our charter bus locations and grab a ride to the ranch! For the return after the reception, one bus will depart at 10PM. The second will depart at 10:30PM. Both buses will make returns to both hotels, so you may choose the bus on your preferred departure time. Just a reminder, the buses will only go to both hotels on the back end!

If you plug in the address (317 Austin Rd, Hye, TX 78635) into Google Maps, it should take your straight to our gate! In case there are any issues, we have a map below too! The gate code is 0426. Just take the road straight in and you can't miss the big party tent for the evening!
