The wedding will be formal, so you can dress as fancy as you’d like! Suit, tux, long dress, you can't be too fancy.

The ceremony will be outside on a covered deck. The cocktail hour and reception will be indoors with access to the outdoor deck and pier.

Yes! There is an open bar during the cocktail hour, dinner, and reception on May 31st. The informal welcome gathering on May 30th will have an open bar between 8-10:30pm with your wristband. The wristband will be inside the welcome bag provided at the hotel front desk upon check in. If you are not staying at the hotel, but want to join for the welcome gathering, please contact the bride, groom, or their parents for a wristband. The after party on May 31st at the hotel will be a cash bar. The venues reserve the right to ID at the bar, so please come prepared.

Yes! Please see the Travel page of this website for more details. We recommend booking your room as early as possible to ensure availability. If the hotel room block says it is sold out, please reach out to the bride, groom, or parents of the bride/groom. To adjust the stay to one night only, please use the "edit stay" button at the top of the webpage.

After the rehearsal dinner on May 30th, the wedding party will be at the hotel bar. If you’re at the hotel or in the area and want to join, you are welcome! This will be an informal welcome gathering with an open bar to kick off our wedding weekend! The open bar will be available from 8:00-10:30pm. To participate in the open bar, please wear the wristband that is inside your welcome bag (provided at the hotel front desk upon check in). If you are not staying at the hotel, please contact the bride, groom, or their parents for a wristband. In addition, Nick's birthday is Sunday, June 1st, so please join us on June 1st between 9am-12pm in the hotel restaurant for a birthday and wedding send off breakfast. There is no cost for the breakfast.

There will be shuttles for all guests between the hotel and venue. The shuttles will arrive at the hotel at 3:30pm, departing promptly at 4:00pm to go to the venue. After the reception ends at 10:30pm, the shuttles will bring guests back to the hotel where the after party will also be held. For those who prefer to drive, there is free parking at the wedding venue.

The closest airport to the hotel and wedding venue is BWI. BWI provides a free 24-hour shuttle to and from the hotel for all hotel registered guests. If you fly into DCA or IAD, taxis or ride shares are available. If you drive to the hotel and stay the night, there is an $8 parking fee. If you are just visiting the hotel for the wedding events, the parking is free.

Please arrive at the ceremony location no later than 4:45pm. 5:00-5:30pm Wedding ceremony on the covered deck. 5:30-6:30pm Cocktail hour inside, just steps away from the ceremony. 6:30-10:30pm Dinner/Reception. Immediately following the reception is the after party in the hotel, for those who want to join!
