Our dress code is semi-formal (no jeans), or in other words, "dressy casual". As the venue is outside during the summer, please dress in comfortable and breathable clothing/dresses. Slacks and men's dress shorts are okay. As for children, neutral or pastal coloured shorts and t-shirts are definitely okay.

The ceremony and reception will both be outside. July in BC is known to be sunny and hot. Please remember to wear your sunscreen, there will also be extra on-site! We will also have individual paper fans, water, and shade will be provided by the reception tents.

If you will be attending the ceremony, we ask that you please arrive at the venue by 1:30pm. This will give you enough time to park, meet, and be taken down to the seating area by a horse-drawn carriage.

You read that right! Once you arrive at the Cidery, a horse-drawn carriage will take you to the ceremony site! Please remember to be respectful and calm around these gentle beatuies. If you have an allergy to them, hay, or flowers, please make sure to take allergy medication/have some on hand!

For the ceremony, we are asking for it to be unplugged. Afterwards, you are more than welcome to take some pictures. We will also have two photographers late into the night to capture every joyful moment! If you do take pictures, please don't forget to add them to our wedding Facebook page for all friends and family to enjoy: *will be added closer to the date*

There will be wood-fired oven pizza and a full hog buffet, with all the fixings! For any dietary restrictions, please reach out to the bride and groom as soon as possible.

There will be a host bar with mixed achoholic beverages and ciders. As well as pop, juices and water.

While the venue is in a residential area, please arrange to have a designated driver or carpool, as UBER and Taxis are not available.
