I have reserved enough campsites for everyone for Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights, with Monday checkout. Please let me know if you plan to stay for the entire time, part of the time, or if you’re just going to make it for the day of the wedding! RVs are allowed, there are 22 sites with water and electrical hookups! There are areas to swim, bike, fish and boat. The site has bathrooms and showers as well. Dogs, spouses, children, and plus ones are welcome - just let me know your total party count please. Due to the number of guests we request that everyone in your party plan to share a tent or rv together, as we are only allowed 2 tents per site. Please reach out to us if there are any issues with this and we can figure something out! My dad found a website you can rent a camping vehicle (I think they deliver?) if you’d like to camp but prefer not to sleep in a tent! See the link under accommodations below. If you’d like to stay for the weekend but have any other concerns about camping and would prefer to stay in a hotel, there are a couple small ones located in the town of Sweet Home. There are some larger hotels in Lebanon (30 min away from camp). Out of town guests: Do not fret, I will have camping gear ready and waiting for you if you’d like to camp! I will have tents, sleeping bags, air mattresses, coolers, flashlights, bug spray and sunscreen brought for anyone who is flying in. (If you are not flying in and need any of these things, please let me know). Food: We will be providing dinner and dessert for the wedding day. The rest of the weekend is traditional camp style! The town of Sweet Home Oregon just before the campsite has grocery stores and some restaurants. If you’d like to bring any lawn games we will have a ton of room in the group camping area to set them up so feel free!
