We met after Melissa had to retake freshmen math class. When Melissa introduce themselves to Weston, he just look at them and looked back at his homework; the girl next to Melissa had to tell them what Weston's name was.

It was new years of 2022, Melissa and Weston were video chatting because Melissa had a work license only. Melissa look at the time and noticed that it was 12:04 AM; Melissa told Weston happy new year, and Weston said it back. Weston asked Melissa, “You what make this new year even better?” Melissa answered, “What?” Weston said, “If you marry me?” Melissa replied “Are you being serious or are you joking?” Weston answered, “I want to marry you, so will you marry me?” Melissa said, “Yes, I will marry you!”
