We have arranged transportation for all guests staying in our hotel block at the Doubletree from the hotel to the wedding ceremony/reception at The Merion (and back at the end of the night). 


The 24-person shuttle will have 3 pick-up times to take people to the venue before the ceremony. Shuttle Bus #1, which will be carrying us and our bridal party, will pick us up at the front of the hotel at 2:45pm (Thurs 5/16) and leave promptly at 3:00pm from the Doubletree. The additional two pick-up times will be at 3:45pm and 4:45pm. NOTE: This 3rd shuttle will leave no later than 5:00pm, so please plan accordingly.


The reception won’t be done until 11:30pm, but we will have 3 shuttle departure times throughout the night. The shuttle will pick-up our wedding/ Doubletree hotel guests at 9:45p, 10:45p, and 11:45pm. Due to the limited space on the shuttle, please plan accordingly.
