Please RSVP no later than September 15, 2024.

Go to the RSVP tab. In the search bar, type your first and last name. Families and couples are set up as groups, so by typing one person’s name all will appear together. You will be able to RSVP for each person on your invitation individually. **PLEASE NOTE: RSVP accounts that you are coming to BOTH ceremony & reception. If not attending one, please specify in your online RSVP.**

Both hotels offer a shuttle service based on the number of rooms booked. It will bring guests to and from the reception only. Guests who book a room at the hotel can access the shuttle. Please see the Hotel/Shuttle tab for all information regarding the hotel block and shuttle. **HOTEL BLOCK IS OFFICIALLY CLOSED**

We understand and apologize for the inconvenience of a large gap in between the ceremony and reception. We allotted extra time for photos and travel so we can be present for cocktail hour with you. We recommend the following: (1) Check into your hotel. Check in starts at 3:00 pm for both hotels. (2) Have a drink/light snacks at the hotel bar. (3) Freshen up and rest up before a night of celebration!

We have the whole building to ourselves so please feel free to move around during this time. There will be food stations and bars upstairs and down the grand steps.

Guests are welcome to arrive 30 minutes before the start of cocktail hour.

Cocktail/Semi-formal attire is preferred.

The bridesmaids will be in cabernet with the maid of honor in an accent of blush pink.

Yes, drinks are on us!

There is no official after party, but guests are welcome to stop by the hotel bar, where the bride and groom are staying (Hampton Inn & Suites) for a drink. It is a cash bar and will remain open until 1:30 AM.
