Corina walked into my life through a mutual friend over 10 years ago and won the role of sister without a hitch. I was given the honor of officiating her wedding; it was one of the best moments of my life. She was a stunning bride and remains one of the most beautiful souls in the world. She’s multitalented and an amazing Mom. To see her on the day Mike proposed made the moment all the more special!

Maria is my partner in crime at ReStore Health & Home; she’s my right hand woman. Besides being one of my best team members, she is one of my dearest friends. She holds a profoundly special place in my heart. We have shared so many laughs and tears together. She’s one who always takes the time to listen with her heart and never hesitates to care in word and deed. She makes going to work an even greater blessing.

Shelby is my daughter from another mother. I had the privilege being her Youth Pastor through AUMC and watched her grow up into a hard working, tender hearted, strong willed, and beautiful woman. To have her by my side on my wedding day means more than I can fully express in written word. To have her in my life is everything.

To say I am ecstatic about Megan being my bridesmaid is an understatement, but my enthusiasm is far greater for her becoming my family. She is the perfect example of a wonderful partner (to her Donald) and a fabulous fur Mom. A gifted chef with a heart of gold and a smile that lights up anyone’s day I’m honored she has chosen me to be her friend.

When I served as a Servant Youth Leader at West Branch UMC, I met this beautiful young lady who has turned into one remarkable woman. I was so honored to watch her grow in grace and humbled to be a part of her faith journey. Through the years, she has become such a precious friend to me; on a daily basis, my life is touched by her presence! Her Snapchats and videos make my day. I'm so proud of who she is! The nursing world is blessed to have her, and I couldn't picture my wedding day without her by my side!

Erin and I were absolutely inseparable in our college days. We practically lived at each other’s houses, studying and talking. Late night trips to Walmart and conversations about life at 2am were daily occurrences. Thinking back on those moments still warms my heart. I’m so grateful God placed her in my life. I do not know what I would do without her!

Michael has known Donald since he was 3 years old. The two of them would do everything together from Big Wheels at the top of the hill (3 blocks from Beaver Park) to playing video games & of course, ninja turtles. Hide and Seek along with basketball also topped the list of things to do with these two. Donald means the world to him; his caring personality and heart of gold touch Michael’s life daily. He has often told me that he thinks of Donald as a brother and knows they will always be there for each other. He is so proud to call him his “Best Man.”

Chris is the brother of the bride, and one of the most giving, loving souls you will ever meet. His off the wall humor and great knowledge on everything from Irish history to Japanese culture will leave you amazed! He is the most dependable and loyal person ever! He has been a wonderful encourager to our relationship...and ALWAYS THE GREATEST BROTHER.

Mike and Tyler have been strong friends for five years. When these two are together they are constantly laughing and smiling. Mike thinks the world of Tyler, often sharing with me about how great a guy he is...always sincere. Their bowling brotherhood has only enhanced their friendship, and we know seeing him as a groomsman will be amazing.

Melissa’s Sunbeam…Colin is one of the pride and joys of the bride’s life. He is the best brother to Adaline and the highlight of Melissa’s world. Each time I hear him say “Mom” my heart melts. Watching him become the man he is thrills me. He continues to deepen his passions for life and diligently works harder than most young men his age. He is a gift, and I love him ultimately.

Four years ago, Michael met Dustin, and the two became fast friends. Their friendship continued grow through their mutual love of bowling and Jesus. Dustin invited and welcomed Michael into his home church...a gesture that continues to have a lasting spiritual impact on Mike. He feels he is not only the perfect fit as a groomsman but also a very genuine, kind soul! He's so grateful his "bowling buddy" and "brother in Christ" will be a part of our happily ever after.

Mike and Chad became fast friends while working together at McDonalds back in 2007. Their care for one another and passion for bowling only fueled that friendship into a brotherhood. Mike has always told me how grateful he is to have Chad in his life for the last 17 years. Seeing his enthusiasm about being a groomsman means the world to Michael and me.

My Miracle…my (Melissa) reason for living. She is my mini-me in looks and attitude. Addy is the blessing I waited and hoped for my whole life…my legacy. Without a doubt she is the greatest thing I have ever done, and I pray I am always the mother who makes her proud. She AMAZES me daily with her giving heart, wild imagination, and sweet spirit.

She is the daughter of my handsome groom. This sweet 10 year old walked into my world and flooded my life with joy. She became my daughter instantaneously. She filled a piece of my heart I never knew was missing, and she is the perfect big sister to Addy who adores her just as much as I do. I’m so proud to be her Bonus Mom. I’m so grateful I get to raise her with my Michael.

This incredibly handsome, young man is the bride's sweet son. His presence in her life made her a Mom for the second time. Although I did not get the honor of raising him as an infant, I received the blessing of stepping in during his teen years. He defied all the odds of his early childhood and has shown how you aren't defined by your past. To be able to love him and share the bond I do with him adds so much more meaning to my life! I'm happy to call him my son!

Joe isn’t just “my boss” at ReStore; he’s like my big brother. He has one of the biggest hearts of anyone I know. He is a selfless, dedicated father, husband, and friend. I don’t know what I would do without him; we are constantly laughing and giving each other crap at work. If you’re around him, you’re guaranteed fun and some heartwarming moments too. He’s got that way of putting things into perspective, encouraging you, and sometimes bringing tears (dang him). He’s one of the best.

Pastor Tony is the Senior Pastor at North Pine Church of God. He is Michael's Pastor of 2 years, dear friend, and of course, bowling teammate. Mike was so excited to introduce me to his church family when we began dating (another reason I fell in love with him). I quickly learned that his church truly meant what they said, "We were put here on this earth to love and serve the Lord! Here at our church we will give you Jesus! As much as you want! And we will give you a family!" We are so honored that Tony will be officiating our special day!

Miss Carole is one of Melissa's most favorite people in the world! Their connection started at Habitat ReStore but very quickly bloomed into a friendship that will last their lifetimes. Not only does she make the BEST chocolate chip cookies in the world, but she has the most genuine, warming, and loving personality that draws you in like the rays of the sun. She is one of a kind and a PERFECT fit to our day!!
