What time will the shuttle be picking guests up from the hotel?
4:30 PM
What date should I RSVP by?
Please have your RSVP in by April 13th
How early should I arrive to the ceremony?
Our ceremony starts promptly at 5 o'clock so be sure to arrive with enough time to find your seat and get settled in! We recommend around 4:30/4:45.
Is the venue indoor or outdoor?
Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors (weather permitting) and our reception will be indoors!
Are the ceremony and reception at the same place?
Yes! Both will take place at the Brookmeadow Country club, you will head straight to cocktail hour after the ceremony ends.
Do you have transportation from the hotel to the venue?
Yes! We will have a bus picking up guests at the hotel and driving them to the venue. The bus will then be parked outside the venue to bring you back to the hotel at any time of the night.
Is there an after party?
Yes! After the wedding we plan on going to Mick Morgan's which is attached to the hotel we are staying at (see travel details). Everyone is welcome to come and end the night with us even if you did not book a room!
