Horseback Riding
In-town summer trail rides are provided through Breckenridge Stables, last 1.5 hours and explore the beautiful scenery between Peaks 9 and 10 on the Ten Mile Range

If you want to drive a bit outside of Breck, Lake Dillon in Frisco offers fishing, standup paddleboarding, kayak, canoe, pontoon and sailing. All recreation rentals are out of Frisco Marina

Scenic Drives
Boreas Pass:
A summer-only road (not paved but suitable for all vehicles) connecting Breckenridge with the historic mining town of Como. The pass summit is on the Continental Divide with amazing views of the Ten mountain range surrounding Breckenridge and Summit county with a bonus:
you can spot our wedding venue, Ten Mile Station, if you know where to look.
Hoosier Pass:
Hoosier Pass is a 11,542-foot mountain pass that is part of the Great Continental Divide in Colorado. It can be reached via State Highway 9 between the towns of Alma and Breckenridge.
While we kindly ask for no kids at the wedding, we hope you plan a family vacation out of your trip. There are many activities for children of all ages:
Peak 8 Adventure Park – you can spend a couple hours or all day on the Gold Runner Coaster, Alpineer Challenge Course, Gold Summit Climbing Wall, Alpine Slide, and Kids' Ropes Course and Kids' Zipline, Scenic Chairlift Rides, Mini Golf, Bungee Trampoline, Ripperoo's Bounce House, and Gemstone Panning.
Country Boy Mine offers tours for ages four and up, treasure hunts, and gold panning.
Main Street of Breckenridge has everything from tourist shops, high-end boutiques, culinary and home shops, stores for mountain gear. Please contact Melissa or Laura Elliott for detailed recs!
