Our Wedding

Jeremy and Melissa met when they were just fifteen years old. What began as a simple friendship soon blossomed into their very own love story. They were high school sweethearts—practically just kids—but as they grew, so did their love. Despite facing challenges along the way, they always found their way back to each other. Their connection was truly meant to be. Jeremy often says, “Melissa is home. She is, and always has been, my person.” From the moment Melissa met Jeremy, she knew he was the one.&nbsp;Not everyone is lucky enough to meet their soulmate at fifteen—but Melissa and Jeremy were. Melissa describes the first time she saw Jeremy as giving her a “butterfly, giddy feeling.” He always made her feel both nervous and excited. At the time, Melissa wasn’t interested in boys and never expected to start a relationship so young. Her focus was on soccer, her greatest passion, and spending time with family and friends. Jeremy, too, was passionate about sports—he loved soccer, but his heart truly belonged to the hockey rink. Like Melissa, he wasn’t looking for a relationship at the time... until he met her. Little did they know just how much they truly had in common. A high school friendship quickly blossomed into something much more. As time passed, they found themselves spending more and more time together, eventually starting a relationship that grew into a once-in-a-lifetime love. They have&nbsp;been lucky enough to grow&nbsp;up side&nbsp;by side—best friends, soulmates, and partners through it all. After knowing each other for more than half&nbsp;their&nbsp;lives, and sharing 16 amazing years together,&nbsp;they’re&nbsp;finally saying “I do” in front of the people&nbsp;they&nbsp;love most. On September 20th, 2025,&nbsp;they will&nbsp;be celebrating not just a wedding, but the beginning of&nbsp;their&nbsp;next chapter—and&nbsp;they&nbsp;couldn’t be more excited.
