Ceremony and reception will be held at the Buena Vista Event Center located in Madera, CA. Address for the venue is 14860 CA-41, Madera, CA 93636. If you can kindly do so, please arrive 15-30 minutes earlier.

Yes, parking availability will be open to our guests at the event center.

Ceremony will be held outdoors and then proceed afterwards with the reception being held indoors.

We understand that many of our guests will be traveling from out of town to join us for our special day. To ensure your comfort, we've arranged room blocks at several nearby hotels. You can find more information on accommodations, including booking codes and special rates, on our website's "Travel" page. Feel free to reach out if you need further assistance or recommendations!”

Cocktail Attire. Quick note; For our male guests please do not wear jeans and female guests please do not wear white.

Children are welcomed to attend. We kindly request that in the event the child becomes upset or distressed, parents or guardians may exit the ceremony momentarily to ensure an enjoyable experience for all guests.

While we love that you want to capture our special moments, we kindly request an unplugged ceremony to allow everyone to be fully present and immersed in the experience. Our professional photographer will be capturing all the highlights, and we'll share the photos with you afterwards. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in creating a distraction-free environment for our ceremony.
