Our Wedding

Mel and Drew first met at the beginning of the school year in 2018 at Elmhurst University, introduced through mutual friends—Brock Bethke and Brandon Clay. Over countless enchilada nights, Wine-O-Kart tournaments, and football-filled Sundays, the two built a great friendship.About a year later, they went to a play together as friends at the Elmhurst Mill Theatre, and that was the beginning of the two spending more and more time together and eventually becoming a couple.Five years (and many memories) later, Drew proposed to Mel on their 5-year anniversary. Since then, they have bought their first home together in Saint Charles and are beyond excited for what's ahead, including a pretty great wedding.
