Yes! We plan on looking our best and want you to join us! The dress code is formal. Floor length dresses for the ladies and men in suites and ties. We kindly request that all guests wear all black. White dress shirts for men are welcomed if accompanied with a black jacket.

There are two airports in Colorado that can be used. We recommend flying into Colorado Springs since its in the city of the wedding but you can also fly into Denver. There is a shuttle that brings you to Colorado Springs or you can rent a car from Denver.

Short answer is no. We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity, we can only allow the people named on your invitation.

Of course! If you already know that you want to come celebrate with us and want to early RSVP you are more than welcome to on the RSVP tab. Later if you change your mind please let us know before the cut off.

Yes, we do plan for the ceremony to take place outdoors. However, due to this being Colorado we may move the ceremony indoors if the weather is unforgiving. Fingers crossed its beautiful on our day!

There is free parking at the venue.

While we love your kids, the venue does have limited capacity. Invitations will be specific and include the names of the children who have been invited. However, we do encourage you to use this evening as a fun "night out" for yourselves.

The ceremony will be open seating so sit wherever you please. However, we request you avoid the first 2 rows on each side at the ceromy for our immediate family. For the reception, we will be carefully arranging tables so our guests are sat with those they know.

The ceremony will be starting promptly at 4pm. We recommend guests arrive between 3:15pm and 3:45pm so there is time to mingle and find your seat. If you happen to be late, please do NOT walk down the aisle and find a seat. You are more than welcome to join us during cocktail hour.

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony . This means we are asking all phones and other devices be put away and on silent/turned off during our ceremony so that all guests can be 100% present with us during this time.

On your RSVP please indicate that you will be needing a hotel room so I can reserve block rooms.
