Whether you’re just starting off your morning, grabbing an afternoon snack or have the drunk munchies- Treat yourself to this famous New Orleans tradition. Open 24hrs and known for their beignets, coffee and hot chocolate.

Offering the better selection of brands in core skateboarding- Humidty has been holding down New Orlean’s skate scene for over a decade. Be sure to stop by, talk some shop and grab a Humidity tee.

Kulture Vulture
Just a few doors down from Humidity- Kulture Vulture is true punk rock shop where you can grab merch from Aerosmith to The Velvet Underground.

Not for the weak stomached, the title is pretty self explanatory. We definitely recommend checking out this unique experience.

Harrah’s Casino
Stop by and roll the dice at Harrahs casino. Just outside of the French Quarter, Harrahs is a great time- oh and did we mention that you drink for free if you’re gambling?

Central Grocery and Deli
This is where you’ll get the best muffuletta sandwich in all of New Orleans anytime of the day. Just a heads up- they’re big enough to share with someone.

La Madeleine French Bakery
Amazing French pastries only a street car ride away. This is one of Mell’s favorite places to grab lunch. A true hidden gem! Usually only locals know about this one.

Ditch Uber for the weekend and download the RTA app. The street cars will get you anywhere you’d like to go for a really cheap price.
Artist and street performers
New Orleans is know for strong art and music culture, if you’re looking to buy some art- we recommend supporting local artist and street venders. When you stop to enjoy the talents of the street performers, whether it’s singing, magic, or circus arts- please tip them for showcasing their talent.

This street is filled with unique second hand thrift stores. So it makes it a fun place to wander around, get a coffee and go thriftng!
