Melissa and Jake first crossed paths in October 2022 thanks to a local kickball league—because nothing says fate like friendly competition and a few post game beers. After a night of games, they ended up at Conshohocken Corner, the local dive bar where, over casual drinks and shared laughs, they exchanged numbers. The spark was there from the start, but things took a slow and steady pace—true to style. It wasn’t until New Year’s Eve, ringing in 2023 surrounded by Jake’s friends and Melissa’s sister, Rachel, that things really started to unfold. Their official first date came a few weeks later at Coyote Crossing in Conshohocken, and from that night on, everything changed. Since then, life together has been full of adventure—memorable trips to Boston, the Jersey Shore, Florida, and most notably, the breathtaking Amalfi Coast. One of their favorite adventures, though, was bringing home their beloved dog, Sonne boy, who quickly became the center of their world. Every step of the way, their connection has grown stronger. Both Melissa and Jake are one of four siblings, and seamlessly blended into each other’s families—chaos, love, laughter, and all. What started with kickball has turned into the greatest team either of them could have imagined. Now, they can’t wait to celebrate the next chapter with all of you.
