Yes! The Ceremony, Cocktail Hour & Reception will all take place at Oak Hill Farm. The Oak Hill Farm venue team will be available to assist with directing you or any other questions you may have on the day.

The Oak Hill Farm grounds will be open for your exploration during Cocktail Hour, with drinks being served at the Woodshed Bar.

Block heels (not stiletto) are recommended for

walking on the Oak Hill Farm grounds.

The ceremony begins at 4pm, so we do recommend arriving to Oak Hill Farm at least 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony to ensure everyone is seated on time. Oak Hill Farm will provide golf cart rides for those with limited mobility or require other assistance.

To allow our guests to relax and enjoy themselves, we respectfully request no children at our wedding (other than those in the Wedding Party). We are only able to accommodate the guests formally invited on the wedding invitation, and hope this provides a much deserved night off for the parents! We thank you for your understanding.

The City of Galena has a 2-night minimum requirement for booking with a hotel block, and we have provided courtesy blocks through Wyndham Garden Galena and Country Inn & Suites Galena. If you would like to make a weekend of the occasion, Galena has a lot to explore!

That said, please feel free to book outside of the blocks for 1-night stays, or wherever might work best for you. There are a lot of options, such as other hotels and Airbnbs, in the area and at various price points. Please refer to the Accommodations tab for additional information.

Hotel + Shuttle to Oak Hill Farm

We will provide a shuttle that picks up from Wyndham Garden Galena and Country Inn & Suites to drive guests out to Oak Hill Farm (~25 minute ride). If you are staying elsewhere, we recommend carpooling to Oak Hill Farm.

Onsite Parking

Oak Hill Farm does have the ability to accommodate up to 75 cars, however any vehicles left overnight MUST be picked up the next day by 11am. It is highly recommended to carpool if intending to drive directly to Oak Hill Farm, or to take advantage of the shuttle. Please keep in mind the Oak Hill Farm parking lot and roads are gravel.

More details to follow regarding the Shuttle Pick-Up & Drop Off time windows, so please be sure to indicate in your RSVP the method of transportation you will likely take so we can plan accordingly.
