This is an awesome tale of how a random night out blossomed into love. :)

It was a Saturday night. Melissa had been out with some friends. They had been to a concert and decided to keep the night going strong. Where the group decided to go is the key factor in the fate of Melissa and Chris - you see, the concert was nowhere near Ed's Tavern, but the idea sounded brilliant at the time.

Chris, who at the time lived near Ed's Tavern, decided to stop by after a long day of work.

Melissa decided that she and her group of friends needed another round of beers.

Chris was sitting at the bar - in a suit. Melissa noticed.

Melissa walked up to the bar and stood next to Chris. Her beloved Fresno State Bulldogs were on TV. They were marching down the field in the final two minutes of a close game against their rivals Boise State when Melissa took the opportunity to turn to Chris and speak the words that would forever change their lives:

"Will you be my good luck charm?"

Chris said, "Sure."
