Can I stay somewhere other than the listed hotel?
Absolutely! You’re welcome to stay wherever you’d like for as long as you’d like. We’ll be providing transportation to the wedding from our hotel - if you stay elsewhere, you’ll need to arrange your own transportation. If you’d like to join us at the hotel to hang out, you can purchase a day pass for around $110. Be sure to reserve it in advance by contacting our travel agent.
When do I need to book my hotel as part of the room block?
Our room block is officially held until October 1, 2025, but we recommend booking as soon as possible. We’ve reserved a limited number of rooms, and while we may be able to add more, availability isn’t guaranteed. You can book with just a $100 deposit, and if your travel plans change, you can adjust your reservation until November 1, 2025.
What if I found a cheaper rate for the hotel?
We’ve secured great rates for our room block, but if you find a lower price, our travel agent can price match. Review the section on her website on how to submit price match requests.
What room types are available?
We have secured rooms for both the Standard Junior Suite and Junior Suite Ocean View categories.
If you would like to request a different room type, please follow the instructions on the travel website.
Junior Suite Superior - Standard Junior Suite with a garden view.
Connecting Junior Suite (2 rooms) - This is 2 standard Junior Suites connected by a shared hallway door.

What airport should I fly into and how do I get to Playa Del Carmen?
The closest airport is Cancun International Airport (CUN), about an hour from Playa Del Carmen. You can book transportation when reserving your hotel or add it later through our travel agent. You are also welcome to arrange your own ride or take a taxi.
