The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. We ask that you please respect our request and do not wear jeans.

The weather will (hopefully) be sunny, breezy and typical Minnesota Fall weather! The ceremony will be outdoors - so please plan accordingly. In the instance of rain or colder temperatures, we will have the ceremony moved to indoors.

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please and RSVP “no." If you have already filled out the RSVP, please contact Melissa or Derek ASAP so we can plan accordingly.

You will need to drive to the venue location- The Clearing-Riverside Terrace, 195 River Ave S, Sauk Rapids, MN 56379

We recommend that you arrive between 30 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled!

There is FREE parking on site of our venue. When arriving you will see a parking lot for our guests to park.

Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #Melissa&DerekWed and tag each of us so we can keep track of all of your pictures!

There are hotels listed in the Travel section of the site but feel free to book any hotel in the St Cloud area, all are within apprx 20 mins to the venue. We do not have a block at any specific hotel.
