****UPDATED 1/25/16*****Shuttle times have changed slightly, please read below for details. A block of rooms have been reserved from Friday 1/29 to Sunday 1/31. Hotel check-in is at 3pm, check out at 12pm. The hotel will make every effort to allow guests an early check in, but cannot guarantee. Since the ceremony is at 3:30pm &amp; shuttle
 departure at 2:45pm we recommend that everyone get ready at home prior to allow enough time. Guests will have access to the 8th floor executive level with the wedding block, even if your room is on another floor. After the wedding when everyone has returned from the reception a little after party will take place in the 8th floor parlor with late night snacks, pizza, beer, wine, and water! The morning after the wedding on Sunday a breakfast will also be provided from 9am-11am down in the Hunt Room. Please reference the Sullivan/Bunting wedding room block when making your reservation no later than December 30th. Contact the hotel directly Monday through Friday 9am-5pm @800-962-7482 or reservations can be made at anytime with Crowne Plaza Hotels @855-914-1386. The hotel requests that you please do not make reservations online.
Shuttle: A shuttle service will be provided for guests staying at the hotel. 1 shuttle will depart from the Crowne Plaza at 2:45pm to take guests to St.Anselm's for the church ceremony. After the ceremony it will go on to the reception at LaBelle
 Winery. There will not be a shuttle going from the hotel to LaBelle directly. If you are unable to make the 2:45pm shuttle or will not be attending the ceremony you will have to drive or find your own transportation. At the end of the reception 2 shuttles will take guests back to the hotel. The early shuttle will leave LaBelle at 10:00pm. The wedding will be ending at approximately 11:00pm and the late shuttle will leave LaBelle at 11:15pm.
