Is there a dress code?
Black-tie optional please! We ask that men wear either tuxedos or dark suits (navy, black, gray) with a tie and dress shoes. Women can wear either floor length gowns or cocktail dresses.
Where is the ceremony and what time should I arrive?
The ceremony will be held at the Reserve space at Perona Farms, followed by the cocktail hour and reception. The ceremony will start promptly at 6:30pm, so please arrive at the venue at 6:15pm. Shuttles from the hotels will load at 5:45pm sharp.
Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
We are having an unplugged ceremony. This means we are asking that all phones and devices are put away and on silent/turned off during our ceremony. We have hired a professional photographer/videographer to capture our special day and we’d hate for there to be phones in our photos and videos.
Is there a hotel block?
Yes! We have reserved rooms at both the Courtyard Marriot Rockaway-Mt. Arlington and Holiday Inn Express & Suites Mount Arlington-Rockaway. Both are next to each other and about 25 mins away from Perona Farms. Please see the “Travel” tab for more information.
Will there be transportation for hotel guests?
Yes! There will be shuttles available to and from the hotels/venue before and after the wedding. See the "Travel" tab for more details.
Is there parking available at the venue?
Yes, there is on-site parking available at Perona Farms.
Can I bring a plus one?
We are not allowing additional plus-ones to our wedding, as we'd like to keep the guests list just to those who know us well. The name of every guest invited to attend is clearly listed on your invitation and no additional guests can be accommodated.
Are children allowed at the wedding?
Other than immediate family, we’re requesting that your little ones stay home. We love them but would like you to enjoy a night off!
Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?
We plan on having entree and cocktail hour choices that are vegan, gluten and nut free to accommodate guests with dietary restrictions. If you have additional restrictions that go beyond what we've listed here, please let us know in the designated section of your mail-in RSVP.
Will your wedding be held indoors or outdoors?
Both! Our ceremony will be held in a garden greenhouse with a retractable roof, which will be open weather permitting! The cocktail space will be both indoors and in the outdoor courtyard. The reception will mostly be held indoors with access to the outdoor cocktail space. The after party will be move back into the cocktail indoor/outdoor space following the reception.
Will there be an after party?
Yes! The after party will be held at the venue in the cocktail space following the reception. Shuttles will be provided before the after party if guests would like to get back early as well as after the after party for those late night partiers!
