This is a must do if it is your first time to bar harbor! Acadia has all sorts of walking paths and hiking for any skill level. There is also sand beach which gets crowded. A few other notable things are Thunder Hole, Cadillac Mountain, and Jordan Pond. Go to the website to get a pass ahead of time. Vehicle passes are good for 7 days so go back multiple times!

Sightseeing/ nature cruises that take off right from the pier at our hotel!

Sailing, sightseeing, fishing tours, and sunrise/ sunset trips. This takes off a little further away, in front of the Bar Harbor Inn downtown which is about a 5 minute drive from the wedding hotel/ venue.

Lots of fun shops and restaurants downtown. Only about a 5 minute drive from the wedding venue/ hotel. Parking can be a bit tough during the summer season, you will have to pay for parking at a kiosk once you park. I have just attached the address to the Village Park downtown for reference but you will pass multiple restaurants and some parking on the way.

One of my favorite cafe’s in Bar Harbor. Located in the downtown area about a 5 minute drive from the wedding venue/ hotel. Great spot for lunch and fun cocktails. Would recommend the haddock Reuben!

Fun outdoor restaurant with great views in downtown bar harbor. About a 5 minute drive from the wedding venue/ hotel. Can get booked up quickly this time of year but you can put your name in and do some shopping across the street or just enjoy views outside. Great for lunch or dinner!

Whale watching tours! Takes off from the dock downtown. Book ahead of time and make sure to arrive downtown early as parking can sometimes be difficult.
