Wedding Itenary

Jarrod and Melody's journey began in 2019 at their local pub, The Office. Jarrod was in Canada on a work visa from Australia, so they took things slowly at first, uncertain of what the future held. Everything changed in 2020 when the pandemic hit, and Jarrod found himself unable to return to Australia. Being stuck together during the lockdown brought them closer, cementing their love for each other. During this time, Jarrod introduced Melody to tennis, cooking, and Australian football. In return, Melody taught Jarrod about duvet covers, reality TV, and the art of being an Instagram Boyfriend. In 2021, they took the next big step and moved in together by the waterfront in Toronto. Their love story reached a new milestone in December 2023, when Jarrod proposed to Melody on a beautiful beach in Punta Cana at sunset. They are incredibly excited to start the next chapter of their lives together.

Important Deadlines

To secure your room, you need to pay a deposit of USD$100 per person before October 30th, 2024 The final balance must be paid before February 4th, 2025

Important Travel Information

Many details are below, but here are a few IMPORTANT things to note: 1. We have hired a travel agent to assist you with your booking.&nbsp;Please contact her directly with any travel related questions! miriam@lizmooreweddings.com 2. Only have 1 person from your party make a room reservation using the booking form. Don't have 2 people in the same room fill out the same form. 3. The resort offers both adult only sections and family sections.&nbsp;For either section the price is the same. Please add in the notes your request to be in any of these sections and you bedding request.&nbsp;We will send the note to the resort and they will do their best to confirm them at the moment of check in. 4. We recommend groups of 2 reserve rooms for optimal comfort, but rooms can accommodate up to 4 guests. We've quoted prices for groups of 2 below, but having 4 guests will bring the price per person down nominally. 5. Important Travel Booking Information The available travel dates are&nbsp;June 1st to June 8th, 2025.&nbsp;The rates provided below are available within this group for these dates.&nbsp; Our wedding will be held on June 5th, 2025. Current inventory is available on a first-come, first-served basis. DO NOT wait to book your room as this resort is popular &amp; sell-outs out frequently; if you would like a room not noted in our current inventory (Meaning it's not appearing when you go to the booking form), please get in touch with Miriam directly, she will be happy to assist in requesting this room upon availability with the resort.&nbsp; ** Flights are not included in these rates** ** Deposit deadline is October 30th, 2024** ** Final payment date is&nbsp;February 4th, 2025** Important to note: If you book at a different hotel/resort, you cannot partake in activities leading up to the wedding and/or wedding ceremony without incurring additional fees for daily passes starting from $100 USD per person/per day. Flight and Airport Information

The airport you are flying into is&nbsp;Puerto Vallarta Airport (PVR) We recommend you book your flights as early as you can. You can go ahead and secure them at any time with your favorite airline. CONSIDER USING POINTS TO PAY FOR YOUR FLIGHTS! Booking your flight independently will provide the best cost savings.&nbsp; "Tips and Tricks"&nbsp;*If you arrive at the resort before check-in time, you can still utilize all the amenities (pool, restaurants, activities, etc...). We recommend you pack a small bag with swimwear &amp; other necessities to use &amp; explore the resort while you wait for your room to be ready. *Please give yourself at least 24-36 hours before the wedding day to arrive in case of delays or cancellations.*
