We met through church, where Merci’s dad was the pastor in PA. First meeting at Surrender, a youth camp week. We started talking and hanging out and were inseparable. Both sides of the family started to wonder when we would realize that we were more than “just friends”

After 8 months of friendship, where we went through many ups and downs together and supported each other through everything. Bronson asked Merci’s dad if he could date her (It was one of the easiest yes’s for him since he already loved Bronson). Bronson and Merci became official January 21st, 2024, with a relationship already built on deep friendship.

Bronson and Merci dated throughout college, encouraged each other in studies, and challenged one another in their walks with Christ. Bronson knew very quickly that God had placed Merci in his life for a reason, and he wanted her as his wife. Merci could see that Bronson was a man of God and knew as well.

Bronson popped the question after a year and half of dating in Colorado, amongst Merci’s family on August 14, 2025
