It all started with a swipe.. Late in December of 2023, we took a chance on each other while scrolling through Bumble. A week later, we met up at Sweetwater’s Coffee and Tea to meet in person on December 27th. The rest, of course, is history.

The next several months were filled with dates of painting our pets, going to concerts, walks through the Dallas Arboretum, a 1920’s speakeasy, road trips, a football game (Ags 38, LSU 23...WHOOP), and plenty of dinners at Hudson House. About 6 months in, it became clear to us that God was planning something special.

We started a premarital class in the fall of 2024. Throughout the class, we had wonderful mentors that helped us better understand God’s design for marriage. We both realized this was meant to be. Shortly before the completion of the 8 week class, Chase popped the question much to Meredith’s surprise. Meredith, being very clever, had correctly guessed the initial proposal date so Chase had to improvise…

Throughout this entire journey, we have been supported by our loving family and friends. We cannot wait to absolutely celebrate this joyous occasion with you all. God bless!
