If your invitation says “and Guest”, then yes. If it is addressed to you only, then we look forward to celebrating with just you.
What is the attire?
For the welcome party, guests should wear cocktail attire — cocktail dresses for women, dress shirts and pants for men. The welcome party is indoor/outdoor.
For the ceremony/reception, attire is black-tie optional — cocktail dresses, floor-length dresses, gowns and dressy jumpsuits for women and tuxedos and suits for men. The ceremony will be outside and the reception is indoor/outdoor, so please dress appropriately for the weather.
For the farewell brunch, guests should wear casual attire such as casual dresses, jeans or shorts.
Are kids invited?
Although we love your little ones, we appreciate your understanding that our wedding is an adult-only affair.
However, we welcome little ones to the Sunday farewell brunch, please be sure to RSVP for them so we can get an accurate headcount.
The hotel block is full, what do I do?
If the hotel block is full, please email the bride at MeredithLbraithwaite@gmail.com and we will add more rooms.
Are there other accommodation options outside of the hotel block?
Yes, guests are welcome to find alternative accommodation options outside of the hotel block; there are various hotel, Airbnb and Vrbo options in the Nashville area.
There are a limited number of rooms in the hotel block, so be sure to book soon!
How do I get to and from the weekend events?
A shuttle will be provided to the ceremony/reception and post-reception. To the ceremony, the shuttle will pick up guests at Hyatt House Nashville Downtown / Convention Center at 4pm. Following the reception at 10:30pm, it will drop guests off at the Hyatt House Nashville Downtown / Convention Center.
For the welcome party and farewell brunch please travel by car, taxi or rideshare.
Can I Drive to the Ceremony/Reception instead of taking the shuttle?
Yes! Guests are welcome to drive directly to the ceremony; parking is on-site. Guests are also welcome to travel by taxi or rideshare.
WHAT IF I CAN ONLY COME TO THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION?
That is totally fine! Please just RSVP to the events you CAN attend so we have a definite headcount.
