Yes. Rooms are reserved at the Hyatt Regency and we hope you stay there so we can all be together! Please note it is a two-night minimum during peak season (5/31 - 6/2/24) so you cannot reserve a single night stay with our code. Be sure to use our code for a reduced rate: G-YANN

Yes. We're providing buses to & from the reception venue, The Bayview House. Buses will pick up and depart for cocktail hour at 4:45pm. Please meet in the hotel lobby at 4:30pm. Buses will drop off back at The Hyatt Regency hotel after the reception. There is no transportation to and from the Church ceremony.

Church has a large parking lot & the reception will have valet.

The Bayview House is Captain Bill's event venue located right next door to the restaurant. The address will come up in your GPS as Captain Bill's: 122 Ocean Ave, Bay Shore, NY 11706.

The Ceremony will be inside the Church. The Bay View House (reception venue) is located on the water overlooking the Bay Shore Marina, so if there's wind it may be chilly. Cocktail hour is both inside & out so if you forget a coat you'll have an indoor option.
