Shortly after Chris moved to Chicago for residency, two of his college friends invited him to a birthday party in the city. While at the party, he met several of their hometown Chicago friends. One of them happened to be Meredith's best friend, Keena. She thought that Chris and Meredith would be perfect for each other. Over the next few weeks, Keena insisted that they should meet. Finally Chris texted Meredith, they went out for drinks, and the rest is history!
