We first met with a bang, literally. After being conked on the head by a garage door, Mere was faced by no other than Jackson Keltch. We became best friends in high school and eventually started dating. We were two crazy band kids, and we did everything together! We often laugh at all of the memories we have from that time and sometimes wonder how we didn’t get any noise complaints called on us. After two years apart, and a lot of nights spent as buddies watching cartoons together, we decided to try again! We moved in together in June of 2020 and have moved to the Dallas area in December 2020 for our jobs at State Farm. We adopted our cat, Cheese, and have been spoiling our dog, Edgar, loving both of our fur babies every minute! We’ve gone on lots of adventures together in the last two years: lake trips, casino nights, movie outings in the city, nature walks, scooter rides, and our favorite- midnight Walmart runs! Moving to the big city was a big change for both of us, and navigating life there was a challenging but fun experience. We finally moved home in April 2022! A day doesn’t go by that we are both amazed at how good we are for each other- we aren’t just what the other wants in life, but what they need as well. There is a lot of love and patience in our home, and it grows every day. We truly are each other’s other half, and we have worked hard to build a life and a home that we love together. We are looking forward to getting to celebrate our love with all of our family and friends this coming June!
