Our story starts in the town of Parry Sound. Well before then, we had one big part of our lives in common - the sport of sailing.

Stephen had been a longtime student turned Race Coach at Sail Parry Sound - a sail training facility located in Parry Sound.

Meredith had been a longtime student turned Sailing Instructor and Program Manager at the Barrie Yacht Club in Barrie.

We met for the first time at Sail Parry Sound in 2014. Steve was the Program Manager and Meredith was the new hire. Little did Steve know that Meredith was hired to be his co-Program Manager (complete the boring paper work and keep things organized day to day so Steve could do the fun part and coach his Race Team).

We became friends and kept in touch, chatting throughout the school year and returned to Sail Parry Sound to work together for another two summers. Over those two summers we became inseperable, leading to us starting a relationship.

Fast forward to 2021 and we have been engaged for nearly two years and have been so fortunate to purchase and move into our first home!

We are so thankful to have met each other and to be in our first home together.

Time to become husband and wife!
