Meredith & I met the summer after our freshman year while we were at Kaleo. We were coworkers at Walmart (where all great romances begin).

After knowing Meredith for a little over a month, I had begun to have a very big crush on her. Unfortunately, it would be a few years before I won her over.

Obviously, I asked Meredith to the first date event I could once we were back in Austin.

Date event number two. This time, it was in Meredith's hometown of San Antonio.

Uh oh, Meredith finally asked me to a date event this time. If you look closely, you can see I am smiling much bigger than normal.

Senior year Delt Christmas formal. This was a big milestone because Meredith finally started to have a little crush on me too. (I think it was my awesome sweater that won her over)

After a Christmas break that felt like forever, I asked Meredith on a date and she said yes! We went to Tiny Boxwood's and the Zilker Botanical Gardens.

Meredith was doing a little dance here because she was going on a date with an extremely good-looking young man. It was me.

For our second date, we went bowling at Main Event. Even though I got killed in bowling, I asked her to be my girlfriend and she said yes!

Meredith had to work on Valentine's day, so we went out to dinner the next night to celebrate.

Here we went on a Scrabble date at Zilker. Scrabble is my favorite board game to play with Meredith because it is the only one I can win.

We graduated!!!

Right after graduation, I went to Florida to be a team lead at Kaleo and Meredith went to Japan for a month. We had lots of long-distance face time dates.

We took a trip to my parent's house to go to Riley and Morgan's wedding shower. Mom was very proud of her balloon arch.

Meredith forced me to face my fears of sushi since it is her favorite food. Luckily, I really liked it!

Watched UT play in the SEC championship with my pledge brothers. We HATE Georgia!

We did it! I asked her the most important question of my life and she said yes. How 'bout that!!!
