Update as of 4/5/21

Hello friends and family! We know that Covid is top of mind for many of you in considering attending our wedding, and we want you to know that we are taking every precaution we can while still moving ahead with our big day.

We have been hearing from many of you who are fully vaccinated or have received your first shot. We are optimistic and very thankful that a majority of our guests will be vaccinated by the weekend of our wedding.

While many of you will be vaccinated, we are asking that you continue to wear a mask while not eating and drinking, and especially when gathered in close proximity (i.e. on the bus to the venue, during the ceremony) to protect the health of all of our guests.

Prior to the Wedding:

We strongly encourage everyone to get tested before the wedding to minimize any impact to guests who have not yet been vaccinated.

Wedding Day:

We are providing transportation from the JW Marriott to the venue. We ask that you please wear your mask on the bus to and from the venue - the ride is approximately 25 minutes.

Weather permitting, a majority of the wedding day will take place outside. The ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner will all take place outdoors.

The reception and dancing will take place inside the barn - the space has a capacity of over 4x our guest count so there will be ample room inside. We will also have the wall garage doors open onto the patio for air flow, or should you wish to remain outside - you'll still be able to hear the band :).

Dinner and Vendors:

All vendors are required to wear masks.

Dinner will be plated to minimize contact.

Photos:

As most of our family members and bridal party are vaccinated, we do plan to take family & bridal party photos.

We would love to have pictures with all of you, but will defer to your comfort level on whether you would like to leave your mask on or not.

Hand sanitizing stations will be available throughout.
